At Ikon Homes we view our list of standard inclusions as simply a starting point for the creation of your dream home, with the finish and fittings that you really want. Budgets and desires don’t always match up completely, but where would we be if we couldn’t aim for the sort of home you have always dreamed of?
This list of inclusions is the basis of our standard plan pricing, so you can see exactly what makes up and is included in the price of each standard plan. This is important when comparing housing companies.
Ikon Homes takes pride in being flexible, adjusting and fine-tuning the inclusions to make them affordable and admirable. Your home will represent Ikon Homes, as well as your own style and taste, so let’s take a journey together with this list of inclusions as starting point.

Public drainage and connections, sleeving of existing drains, development levies, connection fees, site clearing outside of scope, retaining walls identification, protection, isolation or redirecting of existing services not shown on plans, gas reticulation, heating exterior concrete, landscaping and fencing septic systems, water tanks, grinder pump’s, detention or retention tanks, central vacuum system, drapes, television aerial contour survey, geotechnical reports, resource consents.
