We have entered the Registered Master Builders House of the Year awards for the first time this year. It’s a great opportunity for us to showcase our quality work to clients and the wider industry.
We have entered our Fry build on Cowans Bay Road in the Nulook New Home $750-$1 million. This was a great project to work on. The clients were great and have ended up with a fantastic home as a result of the client and builder working together to achieve a great result. This home is large with great indoor outdoor flow onto a large deck that has a swimming pool. The huge alfresco dining has amazing views. The visitor entry opens into a large foyer which leads to a huge barn door opening up to the living area and the outdoor alfresco with a view.
Our team strives to do their best work, and by entering House of the Year this year we want to acknowledge our team and their hard work.
We have been a Registered Master Builder for 7 years, and it’s great to be a part of this prestigious competition that celebrates residential building excellence in New Zealand.
The House of the Year awards epitomise the best in the industry and have been setting the standard in residential construction for over a quarter of a century.
